Announcing Beginning iOS 11 Programming with Swift

After months of work, we are thrilled to announce our flagship course – Beginning iOS 11 Programming with Swift, which is now fully updated for Xcode 9, Swift 4 and iOS 11. Of course, you will learn how to design your apps for the brand new iPhone X. Designed for absolute beginners and those with some programming background, this course will take you from nothing to building an iOS app in Swift and releasing it on the app store.

If you’ve read our tutorials, you know that “Learn by Doing” is at the heart of our teaching approach. We believe programming should be fun to learn. Instead of just elaborating the theories, you will build an app right from the beginning and learn the programming concept along the way. This practical learning approach has gained positive feedback from tens of thousands of our readers. As long as you put your hard work in, we are quite sure you will be able to master Swift and build your own apps.

The course is delivered through ebooks and screencasts that feature a lot of hands-on exercises and projects to help you learn Swift development and build iOS apps. If you want to learn more about the course, take a look at its official website.

To celebrate the launch, we are now running a special launch sale until 31 Oct 2017 (23:59 EST). Depending on the package, you can save up to 50% off of the regular price:

  • Basic Package: $39 (Regular: $49)

Hi Simon! Thanks for all your efforts while performing these books. They are extremely helpful and I have to say that without them I would not have by now the fluency and solid basis that I have now.

I would like also to ask you about the release date of Intermidiate iOS 11 Programming, as this one as I understood will also bring chapters about firebase integration which is currently my main area of interest.

Also any post about firebase updated to swift 4 would be more than welcome!

Thanks a lot to you and all your team for everything! 🙂
